WTB Manners SA on a budget

Does it have to be a Manners? I ask because I have a like new Bell & Carlson M40 style bedded by Kelbly for SA 700 and 700 clones. Color patten is olive green with black spiderweb

Also have a like new un-bedded HS Prec. for a SA 700 color pattern is standard black & gray spiderweb

Both are in perfect condition.
