Manfrotto customer service?

Has anyone had to deal with there customer service i have emailed the company 3 times and haven't received anything back i just need to order a new leg for my tripod and I can't seem to even get a price from them they defiantly won't be getting any future business from me if this keeps up.

I've read a lot of people having the same issue. When I was researching tripods last month I called them a lot to ask about the Gitzo's since they are the US distributor. I'd say 50% of the time I called I spoke with a live person. I never left a message when they didn't answer and just called back. They pretty much never answered after about 12 noon EST.
