Making Mathews Silent Connect System Ropes

$40 4 a 3 pack. Bought them last yr, need more just gonna make some. Figured get some paracord tie loop in end w a rubber grommet. Anyone else?

Damn never seen that setup before. I assume you are using this to lift bow up into a treestand? The best setup I have found at least with all our permanent stands is we have a piece of paracord tied to top of stand that has a small fixed loop tied on the bottom so that the rope sits about 4 feet off the ground. Walk up to the stand and slip the loop thru bottom cam and then slide the loop onto the stabilizer. The bow is now suspended off the ground. Climb up and pull bow up and unhook in seconds even in the dark. Very stable for us and have not dropped a bow in the 15 years we have been using this setup.

Yea thats what I do, let em high enough so bow is off ground. When I come down I tie it off on my steps or the bobcats play w em n tear em up lmao.

I use rope that’s a little bigger in diameter than para cord that I buy from Walmart or Tractor Supply or wherever is cheapest. Ladder stands and permanent lock ons stay attached to the tree. I keep rope in my backpack for mobile setups or just in case one is missing. I like my bow and gun to be lying on the ground when I tie to it. I don’t like them to be hanging off the ground.
