How many times do you grind the venison and pork? Size of plate?I use 75% ground venison and 25% ground pork mix it with seasoning packet ... Then I put it in cake pans(13x9) and let it set up in the regrig overnight. Then pop it out on a rack and smoke it.. Next day.. Slice it .. The slices are about the size of a slice of bacon..
