Maine bear hunting outfitters?

Hello,

Was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a outfitter that provides bear hunts. Looking for a week long hunt. Been doing some research and all the websites seem to offer the same types of hunts for similar prices. I'd like to start calling up different places and checking references but thought this might weed out some guides and get me right to reputable people.

I have not hunted bear here but I have grouse and woodcock hunted. The land up there is amazing. The owner is a super nice guy and I hear his clients take very nice bears. Let me know if you head up there or what other places you have been researching.

Just my two cents after spending a lot of days in Maine....also consider New Brunswick for a bear hunt.
Lot if reviews on bowsite and good outfitters in New Brunswick
