MagView iPhone 17 issue

I got a new iPhone 17 pro max and I can’t get the MagView app to work. When I open it it goes to the camera but won’t zoom and I I take a picture it crashes and closes. Any ideas?

Have you contacted Magview? I recall them being slow to upgrade the software to the new phone models, before. Was that way on the 15 Pro Max

No issues opening it with my 17 pro but I use the regular camera and not the magview app.

I got the 17 pro and my app will open but it won’t allow me to take video or pics. Also the color is very dim. Make identifying anything at range almost impossible. I finally said F it and tried using just the camera and that’s impossible because it switches constantly to other lenses. MagView has yet to get back to me on the app issue.

I actually just downloaded that last night. Don’t know why I didn’t think of it before.
