Stephen have you looked into a continuous fiber insulation like climashield? I don't know if you or actually anyone here reads the newsletters from wiggys web site. I have never tried it nor have I used primaloft so I am no expert but from what I have read about it(climashield)it is very durable. i am interested in the lightest weight most durable clothing I can get as I am sure most here are also looking for the same.
