Sold Luxe Octopeak Tipi w/SJ and snow skirts

Luxe Octopeak tipi (realistically a 4-5 person tipi) with stove jack (un cut) and snow skirts. One door, not seam sealed, no pole (I had to buy one but keeping it for my Cimmaron). Green color.

Basically new, I set it up once to look at it and left it up overnight in my yard. Took it down and been in its stuff sack every since. Noticed one cinch strap loop the stitching came loose but doesn’t affect function.
