Do some searching on the forum. Many people have had issues with Luxe being slow to deliver and not communicating at all. It may even be worth cancelling the charge with your CC pronto.

That may be correct, but they also have a reputation here for NOT warranting their products when they are delivered, opened, and discovered that they are damaged/shipped damaged.

I wouldn’t apologize. I bought one a few months ago at this price and it was delivered promptly and in good condition. Set it up in the yard for a week this winter to test it out and held up good to a few light storms.

Not sure I’d order again after hearing all the negative stories but I’m happy this far.

3 years ago got a mini peak, since sold it but really liked the cost/value component. Would have recommended them to anyone based on the cost. Ordered a Hercules over a month ago now and haven't received product. At this point I've called them, emailed, etc. with no resolution or update. I now wouldn't recommend buying from them but would still recommend the product on the used market. Definitely not the quality of SO or other higher end brands but allows you the ability to try out new set-ups and "hot tenting" at more affordable level.

Same experience as Danimal. Put in a big order on black Friday and received partial order in mail. After 6 weeks with many emails and voicemails never received a response I thankfully was able to get a PayPal refund. Buyer beware.
