Lpvo for Ruger African

I just recieved my first Trijicon scope; 2.5-15x42 Credo. Fantastic piece of glass! It is on my Seekins PH2 300PRC. Now, I just bought a Ruger African in 375 ruger that needs a LPVO. I currently own a Vortex Viper PST gen 2 1-6 which i really like on my AR. A friend of mine has a 1-6 credo that I was wowed by, but my question is- Stick with the Vortex, sell it and buy a Credo, or am I missing something else out there?
