For those of you who suffer from lower back pain or hip pain, do you wear an additional belt(s) under your pack?
Meaning either a hip belt for carrying a gun, knife or even a separate belt holding up your pants?
I'm looking for ways to eliminate that belt system.
Putting my side arm on my bino harness as well as many other items once carried in a belt type system.
I got the AGC set up and figured a way to test my side arm while nested in an Alien concealed type holster.
I have a Jan hunt and will try it out to see if it actually works in the real world.
I believe the added belt caused extreme pressure on my hip and leg socket when coupled with the back pack hip belt. At least I am thinking that is the issue. Some days I actually had 3 belts.... pants normal belt, hip belt for gun, and then the pack belt. On those days I really hurt and had a hard time with my hips.
I have never worn suspenders but will look at this for the pants, and eliminate the extra belt for other gear and get it all in my bino harness, I just don't want the bino harness too heavy puling on my neck, so far it seams doable. But walking a few miles isn't the same as standing in front of mirror taking a picture...
