Have a Banner 3x9x40 right now but looking to upgrade to maybe a 3x10 x 42 Scope would like to try and keep the price to $200.00 or a little less?
Is Burris or Vortex one to get?
So many things to look for this will be for a Hunting Scope / Rifle.
Will the PLex make much difference my distances will be between 75 and 150 yards max.
Any model you would recommend that won't break the bank? I know there are higher end scopes but don't use my Knight a lot so just looking for something with quality glass, decent eye relief in 1 inch tube?
Thanks in Advance

Burris Fullfield ll with the Ballistic Plex Are great scopes for the money. At times can get them for $99 when on sale. At least last year you could.
I have a few on different rimfire’s with no complaints. I wouldn’t hesitate to put one on a muzzleloader if I was in your shoes.

Good to Know. I have the Original Burris Fullfield with the Locking Turret once you have it Set. Been a long time since I needed a new Scope.
Thanks for the Information.

My knight tanked a vortex razor lh. They replaced it with the new model. With a relatively decent load you shouldn’t have a huge difference between 75-150, if zero somewhere around 120 and call it good.

I'm a big fan of Burris on the lower end price. I would be looking at the Burris Fullfield ll with the Ballistic Plex. On Amazon they run about 140.00. Lifetime warranty.

Seconded, I have one that's always been spot on. There's one dude in the scope check thread who says his zero moved .75 MOA after slamming it in the car door somehow. As much as you can trust the internet, they seem to be the best received "cheap" riflescopes out there.

Wish I had picked a few more up when they were clearing them out for 99 bucks. I'd throw one on a beater rig and do a round of testing for myself.

Burris Fullfield II or the Droptine (which I prefer, same glass) are probably the bang for the buck. Vortex did just upgrade several of the Crossfire line to the Crossfire HD..... the 2-7x32 has three multiple reticle choices and 3.9" of eye relief.
