looking for Wyoming winter kill info

Anyone have any new info? General herd status? I watch all the public stuff and have a couple friends there but always seem to want more.

I’ve got a friend in Cody that I could probably get some insight from a local. What species and/or location are you looking for? I know it varies my region oftentimes.

Yes, some areas had some winter kill and others are just fine. Need to know which part of the state. The biologist will have a good handle on what is happening in their areas. Contact info is on line for them.

It was easy to get ahold of the warden in my area who had all the info you are asking for. Seems like it’s pretty local trends rather than across the board

Local trends are the reports I've heard so far. I spoke with gw and the two local guys I know but always looking for more . Mainly southeast .

Have been out bear hunting - still lots of snow and inaccessible areas, so the deer and elk are down low still on winter range and along roads.
