Looking for NM landowner tag

Any ideas on who might have landowner tags? Calling the list of ranches just seems to get the same response that they go to an outfitter. I am trying to get a cow or cheaper bull tag for a later rifle hunt for my Dad. He is 83 and didn’t draw anything this year and want to get him out one more time. Ranch/unit needs to be an easy one since he isn’t very mobile. Thanks if you are able to help.

I have several unit 10 Cow tags - Dec. 16-20... $750 ea. Big unit with easy terrain in most of it.

Go to Colorado it's $496 for a cow tag or $661 for a bull tag OTC, or Idaho it's around $600 for a bull/cow tag and license with phenomenal hunting. Landowner tags in New Mexico are just crazy these day I can't understand why people pay so much for them, but as long as there is people with more money than sense we will continue to see these ridiculous prices.
