I have an older Thermarest that I’m pretty sure is a wide. I don’t remember if it’s insulated though. I can look when I get home and post a picture.

Thermarest Neolite XLite is on a good sale on Amazon right now. I personally just bought a reg/wide one for $165. 16oz with a R rating of 4.3. Pretty hard to pass up on that price.
