I have a Total Vise Legacy Bow Press. It is currently mounted on a bench in my man cave and works great. However, because of the configuration of my man cave and available space, I really need a designated stand for my press that I can move as needed. I'm looking for ideas. I'm open to some sort of free standing "tool stand" or foldable work bench. I'm also considering some sort of mitre saw stand or heavy duty saw horse type stand. Your input and ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Because of the center pedestal type mount, think something like a grinder stand or even the configuration of a bar stool only more stable and stronger.

Good question sndmn11. I don't really care. Heck, the leader of the pack so far appears to be either a Black and Decker Workmate or Powertec Universal Tool Stand. Workmate is foldable and able to put out of the way in my mancave and the Powertec looks more stable. I'm even considering the Werner Adjustable Work Platform but I wish it wasn't so long. At least it's collapsible. So far all of those I just mentioned run the gamut of $70 to $180.

Glad I asked! I searched Craigslist for tool stands, drill press stands specifically due to their weight, and discovered a bunch of pallet stands.

I ended up getting rid of a few janky work spaces when getting this.

I'd look for heavy duty tool stands on wheels used locally.

Total Vise makes a pedestal for it.

That's one of the first things I looked at. It would seem to me that would need to be mounted to some sort of base that would take up more space than something foldable. I guess I could make a wooden base but it would be a pain to remove the and reinsert them every time I want to take it down and reassemble it. I appreciate the suggestion.
