Looking for a new grill-smoker

I'm in the market for a new grill-smoker. Looking at pellet types and I would like to be able to direct cook as well. I'm on about a 700 dollar budget. Any reviews or experiences would be helpful. Thank you.

Agree with this. I bought the Lowe's version (Pit Boss 1100) last year and I love that thing. I use it several times a week and I honestly don't have a single complaint.

I’ve got the Lowe’s pitboss 820, absolutely love it. Probably the best $500 I’ve spent.

I love my Green Mountain grill. I use it 3-4 times a week. It’ll smoke at 150 and it’ll go up to 500 to grill a ribeye.

I've got a Green Mountain Grill that gets a ton of use. For that price you can get one with WiFi, which is worth every penny.
