I will be getting a suppressor at some point but not yet so thats not what this is about, please keep those to yourself.

I have a 110 Tactical 6.5CM, it will be going into a MDT XRS soon. I want a brake on it mostly to help with muzzle jump. I found a comparison where the Rex Silentium Tri Delta 308 seemed to have the best combination of attributes(by my reckoning) but it looks like those are longer in production.

I am not spending even $150 for a brake.

So id like something with compensator properties, so no radial brakes like the Bergara.

What do you folks like?

If you have a suppressor in mind, I would get whatever brake the suppressor mounts to. Almost all of my suppressed rifles have the brake adapters under them. I rocked with just the brake on one rifle for a year while the suppressor was in jail, no complaints.

Trident USA 2 port brake. Cheap, light, short, made in the USA, and works great on my 30-06, so should be even better on a 6.5 CM. No point in investing in a brake to suppressor mounting system(and he weight, length, and complications) if you'll run a suppressor 100% of the time in the future.

Fair point
