A buddy and I put in and drew elk permits this year, we usually hunt after mz season, but he has some treatments starting mid-Sept so we are gonna have boots on the ground Sept 2.
Never hunted that park or even been on it. I'm not sure how much traffic we'll get into, but I figured water holes closer to the surrounding private properties would probably be a good choice for scouting and trying to find travel routes, and be a lot easier on my buddy.
Anybody hunted this park before and have any tips or suggestions?
