Lock and load questions????

Hey guys,
I just got a duplex frame that I am going to build a pack for. Question is do you guys like the lock and load system of attaching bags/pouches to your pack? Do you feel like they are solid and you don't worry about them coming off? Do you think there is a better attachment system? Also are all the lock and load attachments the same dimensions as far as the attachment points? I guess I am asking what dimensions do I need to sew loops to attach Kifaru lock and load bags/pouches? Thanks guys.

If you're referring to molle webbing, he'll yes I trust it...so does the military.

I have had no issues with my LnL #11 pocket coming off using this system.

If you want to attach different kinds of molle and LnL pouches, a pals grid would work: 1 in webbing "rows" spaced vertically 1 in apart and bartacked at 1.5 in intervals to form "channels".

If you want to put just the loops for the 4 attachment points of say a Kifaru belt pouch, then you'd need to know what the dimensions are on something like a highcamp bag or get hold of the pouch you want and build it from that. Somebody else will have to confirm the spacing of those for you... my only K gear has full pals or the tabs for dock & lock attachment.
