Load recipes??

Looking for input or direction on load recipes for my 22-250.
It is a Winchester model 70 with a 30” Douglas air gauged stainless barrel In medium sporter #4 with a 1-14 twist rate.
Any input would be appreciated.

Sierra and nosler have very accurate 22-250 loads published online.
You’ll be stuck with 55gr and lower with the 1:14

I’d cut that barrel way back. 24” is about max for the 22-250 case and velocity. 20” is sure a lot handier

I use an old load in my Rem 700 1-14 twist
rem case
fed 210 primer
imr-4350 39 grains
hornady 60 grain HP

this bullet is out of production now but they still make the 60 grain Spire Point
deer hunting bullets

this load came from a magazine article by Robert tomark if I spelled his name correctly.
this load is from the early 80’s.
