These are the 10” version and I had them add quick lace hook on the upper eyelets. Less than a year old and worn lightly. Tread is in good shape and leather is good and was just treated with Obenaufs. Surprisingly warm and extremely comfortable. The bottom rubber is replaceable for years of use. Soft and quiet like moccasins. Great for bow hunting and daily wear. USA made. Only selling because I prefer my taller ones and need a pair of hip boots. To be clear, these are labeled size 12 because they run big but I wear a 13 regular width and they fit perfectly.
