Looking at renting llamas for our trip in 2022.

Have any of you used llamas before and if so what has been your experience

No experience but i love seeing Newbergs backcountry adventures and hearing the podcasts with the llamas. I think it would be cool if i had a month to hunt and get back in 10+ miles.

Horses have worked since the 1400s. I’m stickin’ with that. 160 pounds no problem. And they don’t spit on me! Lol

Ha that’s funny….but I think the Mayans were using llamas a lot earlier than that….oh wait they are gone ;-)

I’ve done it a few times. They save wear and tear that’s for sure.
