I own six-pack llamas and go hunting out west for 10–14 days twice a year. We go as light as possible so we only have to make one trip out with camp and meat. We use a snow trekker tent. I still haven't found a tent light that I think is perfect. Looking to see what other llama guys use.

Those LED spool lights don’t work well? I see them advertised for guys gutting and quartering but looked kinda gimmicky to me. I’ve thought about trying them out but I’m not a llama guy and going light I never have more than a headlamp 🤷🏼‍♂️😆. Would think a steam around the tent perimeter inside would be good to go.

Looking to get a latern or lighting for my teepee also. Needs to use batteries and be LED for packing.

For a lantern, the Sofirn BLF LT1 is the best I've found. Good runtime, usb C rechargeable, and you can control the warmth of the light so you aren't stuck with that harsh white LED tone. It has a 1/4-20 mount on the bottom for tripod use, as well as a hook for hanging.

I need one that will be used for up to 2 weeks, so battery and long lasting is priority

I just bought the Last Light, LED Light Rope for my snow trekker. Planning to run it along the ridge pole. Even if a guy needs two of them, they are only 3.5 ounces.
