I use the hydration ones as an electrolyte / salt mix in my nalgene. I like the passionfruit and tangerine (available at Costco) flavors best. I think they make an "energy" one as well but I've never used it. Taste is better than pedialyte in my opinion.

I love them and think they taste great. My favorite flavors are the Acai berry, strawberry & watermelon. Been a long-time user of the hydration multiplier and looking forward to trying the Hydration multiplier + Immune support. I never drink enough water when out hunting so these help keep away the dehydration headaches that I used to get all the time.

I have and they do. I had a particularly brutal pack-in last year. Arrived pretty much out of water, overheated and dehydrated. I filtered water and drink a LiquidIV. Within a fairly short time period I felt mostly normalized. I include them in my pack, but generally use a less sugary packet (LMNT) electrolyte most days. Taste is something like a thicker Sprite. I'm pretty indifferent to the flavor, but I feel it worked for me and got me right. Worth a try, but lots of options in the space these days.

I never way a believer in them until working on a remodel project with my parents this summer. I had eaten well, drank tons of water, but it was July and it was hot. I felt like actual garbage, could barely put one foot in front of the other. It was bad, I had never felt so crappy. Mom mixed me up a Liquid IV from dad's mountain biking stash and holy cow, I couldn't believe how fast I bounced back. Electrolyte imbalance is a thing, and those flat work. My favorite, oddly enough, is the salted watermelon. I'll be taking some with me this year.

Liquid IV is good and I use it.
Drip Drop is awesome as well. Standard issue in the desert. Really helps in the heat. I drink it when it’s bitter cold also and the conditions are such that you just hate to stop and the next thing you know, you haven’t drank anything for hours and hours. Works for the morning after a couple too many beers as well…

The stuff seems to help after a night of overindulgence.

My question is... Why isn't it called Powdered - something or other???
Imagine if the Powdered Gatorade was called - Liquid Gatorade.

I use NUNN and bio steel
Bio steel has a lot less sodium than the NUNN. NUNN taste like a bitter sprite, Bio steel has a mild sweetness to it which I don’t particularly like on a hot day. I haven’t tried liquid IV yet so it’s good to hear some opinions.

I like the liquid IV. Used them a lot on a goat hunt last September. My favorite flavor is apple pie, but I haven’t been able to find it since last year.

Not sure if I could function without a liquid IV energy in a nalgene in the morning. 100mg caffeine I think, I don’t like coffee so this is my solution. I like the lemon ginger flavor, just bought the pineapple flavor and it’s just ok.

I can vouch if you take one before bed from over indulgence and one when you wake up it will help you a LOT. Drip drop or Advocare Rehydrate helps in the same way also. I don't tend to over indulge these days, but certainly wish they had this stuff when I was younger!

I like it as well. Tangerine is my favorite followed by lemon lime. Strawberry is decent. I haven’t tried any others yet.

I like tangerine. I water it down way more than the recommendations. There is 11g of sugar which is like 1/3 of a suggested daily intake for dudes. I don't eat too much sugar, so it's pretty sweet to me.

My wife falls for this stuff for the kids playing sports...I tried it for kicks, since I'm paying for it, and I found it to be waaaaaay too sweet if made per instructions. I tried diluting it, but it still has way too much sugar. These beverages are just industries to generate revenue. If I want a brief caffeine boost, I stick with a cup of good old fashioned coffee. AM multi-vitamin, good load out of water. Unless someone can show me the science to support its use...it falls into the category of BRAWNDO.

I like it. Only down side is they are not light. Fair bit of weight if you take at least one for each day. But i still take it.
