Sharing some build photos of a rifle I put together recently.

Action: Pierce Titanium Skele-ti short action
(I am in Canada, and this took forever to get. Pierce was decent to deal with, but the distributor I dealt with was a horror show. If you're in Canada and are thinking of importing one of these PM me and I can maybe save you some hassle...)

Barrel: Krieger 1:8 twist, chambered in .260 rem

Stock: MPI microlight

Rings: Leupold Backcountry ringmounts

Scope: NX-8, 1-8, FC-DMx

A local gunsmith contoured and chambered the barrel. Paul at PR Precision in Whitecourt, AB, Canada. Great guy, highly recommend!

This is me setting up to air cure cerakote it.

Finished cerakote

Then painted up the stock and put it all together

The stock finished up at 14 5/8 oz, including aluminum pillars

Bare rifle - just over 4lb 1oz

Finished up. The plastic trigger guard cracked while torquing the action. Replaced with an aluminum one from Atlasworx and all is good. The Atlasworx is also big enough to fit gloved fingers in which is nice because it's cold alot of the time where I hunt!
