I have an atlas cal on my 300prc. I am looking for something that is lighter but holds some of the rigidity that the atlas has. Anyone have suggestions?

Which CAL do you have? They have 6 models, ranging from 12.65 to 16.08 oz ...

A lot of field comp guys are running the TBAC, quoted weight of 14.5 oz: https://thunderbeastarms.com/products/bipod I don't have one (yet) to comment on.

Have a look at the Tier One Evolution: https://tier-one-usa.com/products/evolution-tactical-bipod

The website states 420 g / 15 oz for the 230 mm carbon fibre legs.

Actual weight of mine with the 230 mm aluminium legs is 437 g / 15.4 oz. I like it a lot.

I went with aluminium because I don't like laminated materials (used to work with them, and have seen too many things delaminate over time) ... but will probably get the carbon as well in order to "make weight" on the hunting/field build rifle, and every little bit helps.

Lighter than that is a Spartan; these are okay if you want something ultralight, but they are not what I'd call rigid.
