Hi all,

I'm looking at a few options for rings on a Steyr Scout, I want to QD set up with an anti cant indicator (ideally part of the ring), and the lighter the better. Some options I had my eye on:

  1. Talley tactical rings, I'm 99% sure I could use the Talley anti cant indicator on these, perhaps someone knows this for a fact. Sort of QD with a tool, not sure if the POI would be repeatable.
  2. Talley tactical rings or modern sporting rings look promising, and I could use an existing anti-cant indicator. No QD, and probably not repeatable if taken off and on.
  3. Zeiss precision rings, built-in anti cant. Sort of QD with a tool, not sure if the POI would be repeatable.
  4. Nightforce X-treme Duty Ultralites, could add anti cant (but if this it would be steel, which would add weight), Sort of QD with a tool, not sure if the POI would be repeatable.

Does anyone out there have experience in this area?

No experience, but this is what I bought for my scope. Seemed like the best combination of quality and price that i could find.

Bit of an update, I decided to go with Hawkins precision ultralight rings with the built-in level. Great reviews and pretty light.
