I want to get some backup/extra batteries for my AceBeam and Sofirn headlamps. I’m wanting to get an 18650 for the Sofirn and a 21700 for the AceBeam. I was going to order from 18650batterystore.com (https://www.18650batterystore.com/) but Im confused as to which ones to order ? There are different continuous discharge Amp rates, and button top vs non button top, protected vs unprotected…. I’m confused
I’ve attached pics of my existing batteries for reference IMG_9292.jpegIMG_9290.jpegIMG_9289.jpegIMG_9288.jpeg

I'm fairly certain that sofrin lights have built-in protection from over/under charging, so you should be just fine using unprotected cells, but I suggest buying them from reputable brands/sellers.

The internet tells me that they will take either flat or button-top, and It looks like the battery that came with it is a button top..

These are two of my favorite batteries.. the first one is a button top. The second is flat.

I don't know anything about Acebeam lights or 21700 batteries, and it looks like orbtronic only carries one button-top, but it looks like it would work!

thanks!
I’m assuming orbtronic is good to go when ordering from online? ( no issues with ordering or shipping?)

Sofirn sells batteries directly on their site, and they seem to be pretty competitively priced. Not sure about their quality, but would expect them to fit their lamps properly.
