Leupold Reticle

I am going to purchase a Leupold VX-6 3-18 x 44 for a 300 winmag rifle specifically for Elk hunting. I have narrowed it down to the Tmoa and fire dot windplex reticles. I wanted to solicit inputs on the two reticles and experiences shooting with both. Thanks for your inputs.

the windplex is awesome and I like the firedot it certain scenarios other than that I haven't a lot of experience with any of the new reticles but you can't do any better than a Leupold and they'll always treat you right if you are one of the extremely rare ones who actually has a problem
