Leupold reticle is crooked

I've always been a big Leupold supporter dating back to the early 90's. I've never had an issue. Bought a VX5 a couple years ago and I always felt the reticle was crooked. Scope level would be dead center but it just felt off to me. Finally put a plumb bob up and yep it's crooked! Will be sending it off.

Then the scope is actually not level.

The reticle Is the thing you should be leveling to the plumb-bob.

Then the scope is actually not level.

As long as the reticle is tracking level, you’re fine. If the reticle is tracking crooked then that’s an issue

I just got a Mark4HD back from warranty. 7 weeks turnaround time for me.

Mine randomly started shooting 5mils right of zero, which wasn't ideal. They supposedly replaced the erector assembly, so we'll see.

I was left a little underwhelmed at the lack of communication. I'm hoping it actually is fixed and stays fixed.

No I don't. the scope covers hide the level from the camera. But it's level.
