Don't expect to get MSRP on your resale, there are too many retailers selling at discounts and sales that happen from time to time.

I’ve never had issues, but like said above… too many people trying to sale at or just under MSRP.

Another issue seen is purchasing older Leupold’s on the cheap, then sending in for “warranty work” and resaleing the in the wrapper, updated replacement.
