Leupold EER scopes were made to mount in the scout rifle position and usually have a 9-11" eye relief.

They also made a forward scope mount (before they were known as "scout scopes") for the Winchester 94. I have one on my pre-64 Win 94 and this is the scope they designed for that mount.

I can't say with any certainty that it's a pistol scope or not, but the eye relief is pretty significant at about 12-13in.
