So this new BX6 is gonna replace every RF Bino out there? Better glass than any other out there including German glass? Better RF?
Who has had their hands on them behind the scenes? I know there are a few Leupold pad guys on here. Give us the deets. Insanely bold statement, especially on the glass.

4dof legitimately is so bad though. The glass would have to make Swarovski look like the bottom of a coffee pot to make me even think about it.

What makes 4dof so bad? Genuinely curious. I have had excellent results to 1000 and beyond on most rifles/loads. I have had a few odd balls where elevations didn’t land where I thought they should, but very few. I use it and ab quantum and very rarely get a different solution.

When I've used it and compared it to my Kestrel w/AB I've gotten numbers that would've caused misses at extended ranges. Maybe I'm not feeding it enough information but the Kestrel has always been spot on, even if I don't true anything; I just use the AB Custom Curve and run with it, out beyond 1k yards. Since I've gotten different numbers from 4DOF, and I've grown to trust AB, I cant trust 4DOF.

I have used them in person in the field and they are every bit as good as EL Ranges, optically. Also a better ballistic solver than EL Ranges as well with 4DOF. Only directly comparing to EL's, since they're the only other range finding bino I have experience with.
Heard they also use Precision Cut Archery for archery ballistic calculator. They are pricey, but with repairs/warranty claims being made in Oregon rather than the other side of the pond, they do offer an advantage there over competition as well.
