Brand new BX-5HD 10x42, I sent in my gold rings for service and they couldn't fix. Just got these today, took out of box for pictures only. #174483. Really don't need these sitting around and not getting used. Located in southern oregon. $800 obo.

Just wondering...are these as good as the Gold Ring bino's optically?

I only looked through them briefly outside my house, but to me they were better. Very clear, lighter, and better near dusk. I felt these could make out more details at dark over the gold rings while looking at animals in my field. I prefer my razor UHD's otherwise I would be more than happy keeping these, and when these sell will get either the swaro EL or zeiss victory sf in an 8 power.
