Leupold BX-3 Mojave

I was looking at a pair of these. But i didn't end up going with them. Looked through a couple pairs in the at price range. I ended up with bushell hd's as i was running out of cash. But after i ordered them i looked through a pair of minox binos, quality glass for the price right there.

I have not looked thru the Mojave's but going by their specs they appear to have a narrow field of view even for 10x.
I've got some now-discontinued Leupold Gold Ring HD 10x42 which I really like in spite of their weight.
I found them used for less than the Mojave's.

At that price point have you considered looking at the Zeiss Terra HD 10x42 or even the Nikon Monarch 7 10x42?
The monarch's take some grief because the old ATB models had a narrow FOV but the 7's view looked good to me although I don't own them.

I have the cascades. Same glass, cheaper price from what I have read.

Im not all too impressed with them and think that there are other options that give you more bang for your buck.

Ill be dumping my cascades this year for some vortex vipers hopefully

I sent in my old Leupold Mojave 10x42 in for warranty work, figure my son can use them. They sent my a new pair of Leupold BX-3 Mojave 10x42. They are ok but their are better options in that price range. For the same price I would go with The Zen-Ray PRIME HD 10x42 JNDEER linked too. That is what I am using right now. Great glass for their price range and the bird fourms just rave about them. My buddy got a pair of DEMO ZEN ED3 10x43 for $360, and they are awesome for the price.
