I have a nice set of Leupold bases and 30mm low rings for a Tikka T3X. They came with my 6.5 CM when I got it last winter. They are steel, were well-mounted, and feel very sturdy. I tested them out with an SWFA 10x scope and they worked perfectly, but I decided to get UM low rings instead.
Appears to me to be SKU 170384 and 51718.
