Leuko tape alternative

Wrap tape around an old credit card or hotel key card and store in a ziplock bag in your pack. Same goes for a bit of duct tape. Never know when you’ll need it.

I have duct tape and electrical tape wrapped around a nalgene bottle. Another easy idea if you carry one.

I've used duct tape on occasion and it works for me. I also buy good wool socks to wear, which really helps moving the moisture away from my feet.

ArmaSkin anti blister socks are supposed to be pretty effective. I use Trail Toes friction lube quite a bit, it's always worked way better than Glide products have. Both can be found on Amazon.
