Who makes your favorite ? I wear flannel every day past October so I need to upgrade my collection a bit.

My favorite flannel shirt is made by Columbia. It’s definitely the softest and thickest of the many that I own.

I just wear whatever Costco is selling for $13. They only seem to last about 2 years though.

Moleskin is also very comfortable, bought a really nice Filson moleskin shirt brand new on Ebay for a song.

My favorite lately has been Weatherproof Vintage. Good fit, nice material, and relatively cheap on Amazon. Actually got my first one at Marshall's.

Pendelton, don't have one yet, but love their designs.
Canada shirt from Fjallraven if you want a heavy wool flannel, made in Portugal I think

Duluth. I’ve been wearing them for years, they seems to hold up pretty well. I like Kuhl as well but they are pretty expensive, I only ever buy then when I see a sale

Filson moleskin are awesome. Have a few Costco ones that are decent. I really like the Simms ones with the thermal liner when it’s colder!

My favorite by far is the Eddie Bauer expedition weight flannel. They go 1/2 off sale quite often. They are polyester and spandex so it’s stretchy but doesn’t shrink like cotton flannels. They last a long time too. Also, they come in tall sizes which is perfect for me at 6’8”and 210#. The large tall fits me like it’s custom tailored.
