I went the first lite flex belt, mainly because I already have a very stiff webbed riggers belt. Will comment how it works out. Very similar to the marsupial and the arcade belts with a firm web but a little bit of stretch. Only difference the FL appears to be the fully enclosed buckle.

Do any of these pull belly hairs? I've had some belts that catch hairs and when you move or bend they pull and it sucks! I don't have much of a belly or hair, but want to avoid this.

The marsupial belt is nice but the best belt in my opinion is no belt... get pants with a built in waist cinch like the prana zion's… You'll never want to mess with a belt under a pack again.

I've been wearing the kifaru belt for everything daily/hiking/hunting/backpacking. Nothing to complain about. Lays flat on the hips, stays cinched.

Wish I had seen this earlier. I have an old outdoor vision belt that I really like. I received the first lite belt a few days ago, not impressed. It's stiff and I find it difficult to use, that might get better with use. It seems way to big to be using under a pack. Haven't tried it under a pack, wore it one day. Not too terribly impressed with it, hopefully you have a different experience with it.

I do really like using the first lite suspenders to hold my pants up tho.

Well shit...

Can't be worse than a riggers belt though, so anything smaller/softer will be a plus

Not a fanboy by any means, but I wear the kuiu climbing belt every day and is perfectly slim and useful under a pack belt too.

Another vote for marsupial. I have not experienced the belt slipping as another member mentioned above.

I have the same belt and I really do like it, it is made by Bison Designs which is where I picked mine up. Super flat and flexible. It is not easy to unthread if you have cold, stiff fingers though, so be be careful and choose your Mountain House dinners carefully (I'm looking at you, Chili Mac).
