I love this thread so much. Currently debating between a 7PRC RokStock build it just taking the weight penalty and grabbing an Ace Game.

I have a 7PRC Rokstok build. It's my favorite rifle.

6mm ackley improved with a Richards microfit 3a claro walnut stock. Shooting 95 grain barnes lrx at 3170

How much did you need to work on the inletting for this stock? It looks fantastic

What suppressor is that?

AEM m24. You can use it with a collar but I had the barrel profiled for it.

It took me about 2 hours to get it fit. That was mostly opening up the barrel channel. Then about 6 hrs total sanding and shaping it to fit me.

Stumbled across this picture from 2020. I really liked this set up. It was simple. The weight was right. And it flat out shot. At the time that was a 260 CTR that has moved onto other things. I still have the stock, bottom metal, rings and scope. I think I’m going to pick up a 1/8 twist 22/250 cut the barrel to 18” thread it and build this again.

I’ve messed around with my setup a lot over the years. Lots of lightweight CF traditional stocks. Then to an element folder.

When Seekins released the Hunter chassis I had to early adopt. I was able to work a Hawkins mag to function in it. So far I’m beyond happy with it.

7wsm 20” C6 featherweight contour. 9.5lbs as it sits loaded. Spits 175s @2900fps. It’s the “old” 7PRC in a SA.

35.5oz I believe is what mine was as it came with lug and heavy (~4.5oz) grip. Just over 32oz with the XLR CF grip shown.

My favorite part is it folds right over the bolt. That shaves about 1” off folded width.
