I know this is an old post but something tells me there are some really good stories about that trip.

I finally got to use mine on a hunt. Nomad 2, with a Grab-It, a Guide Lid, Camp Bag plus the small belt pocket and nalgene pocket. I went in prepped for 8 days but came out after 7 because of the stupid amount of hikers and bird hunters shooting in the basin I was hunting.

I had 6.5 gallons of water in the pack for a 2.7 mile hump back to camp. Over 70 pounds and my pack was heavy but zero pain. Worth every penny. I would pay double after seeing the pain my buddy was in with his other branded pack096670BE-2582-4C96-BBF1-E91E46C83C5A.jpeg

2/3 of a mature cow elk, heavy…. Half a bull, heavy! Mountain Warrior has seen a lot of action but my G1/G2 Siwash packs had some good adventures too. I’m getting old or have too many pics.

Hey Fatrascal. In the top photo, the guy with the Nomad 1 has an orange panel on the back of his pack. By chance would you happen to know what it is? I’m looking for an orange panel like that for my pack. Thank you. -Rufus
Not sure if it is the same panel- but Orange Aglow offers pretty nice panels at a great price point.

Hey Full choke. Thanks for the info.
I have looked at the orange aglow ones and will most likely go that route. The one Fatrascal posted in the photo looks larger. Both/either will work fine I’m guessing.
Thank you. -Rufus

Finally finished my Exfaru setup. Kifaru Duplex frame with EXO 6400 bag and EXO load shelf. Best of both worlds in my opinion! Had to wait until I saw Multicam Duplex frames as an option again.

That looks fantastic. I’d like to put one of those together to try out.
