Let’s see those 2019 antelope

New Mexico buck from this past weekend. I had been sitting 100 yards from a bigger buck waiting for him to stand up when this guy happened to trot by at 80 yards. Smoked bacon wrapped backstraps were excellent.

I shot this guy in MT, spot and stalk with archery gear. Not huge, but a respectable 70" buck and a great way to start the season!

Got her done yesterday after passing this guy on the opening morning. Found him yesterday morning and lost him. Found him about a mile away and made a plan. I got within about 100 yards of him and about a dozen does. He gave me a shot and one 110 grain Accubond out of my 25-06 dropped him where he stood! What do you think he’ll score?

My guess is mid 70's...

Snuck in a day and a half of pronghorn hunting between sheep hunts waiting on the weather to improve.

Found this guy:

Passed him right away in the morning and looked for a different buck for a few hours. Decided to go back and take a few pictures. After looking him over better, decided to kill him. Snuck to 75 yards and ended my pronghorn season.

Not my biggest buck, but probably one of the prettiest shaped bucks I've killed. Just shy of 16 inches and bases are 6 3/8...still haven't had time to tape him, but I'm guessing just a bit over 80 gross.

Made a quick trip from MN to WY with my bro & cousin a couple weekends back. All 3 of us filled our buck tags. Didn't see the numbers I saw 2 years ago in this unit, but still had plenty of opportunity, and made a lot of memories!
