Leica Ultravid 10x42 HD binoculars

I have a pair of Leica Ultravid 10x42 HD binoculars for sale. I bought them new in July 2009 and they are in excellent condition. These are great binos, crystal clear and well maintained. I've only used them a couple times in the past year. Depending on the sale price I'll throw in the new S4 bino carrier. I'm asking $1275 O.B.O.
