Leica Rangemaster CRF Max

Hoping to hear as well debating between it and the BR4. Because I use AB elite on my phone I am leaning towards Leica. Have an older Leica 2800B that has worked well at normal hunting distances, but looking to get into some longer shooting for matches.

Bumping this up...

With the discontinuing of the Sig Kilo 5k and 8k.. I am looking heavy at the CRF Pro and CRF Max to meet my needs of ballistics and OnX integration..

Not exactly on topic but I bought the 10x32 geovid pro with the full version of AB this fall. Upgrading from an old CRF and using a ballistic app on my phone this was a huge upgrade w/ ballistics and RF bino. I have not done any research yet if the magnets on my bino pouch were the culprit but it seemed I have to constantly recalibrate my binos when using the navigation function in the app or the OnX pins. The concept was really neat and usually worked well but like I said the constant need to recalibrate each time when playing with it throughout the day was unappealing. (Could very well be due to the magnets) The one time we legitimately used it was after I dropped my buck after a pretty long distance shot we took the time to get the pin from the elevated position and was nearly spot on when walking up to it.

Hmmm that's disappointing to hear.. I would be pretty upset to base a big part of my buying decision and make the investment for that experience..
I have a "no mag" marsupial Bino Harness but still a mag RF pouch..

I need to try them around the house for a few days and see what it does. I was so excited to finally have a ballistic solver in my RF I was okay with the inconvenience.
