Leica QC

Just thought I would share since Leica has gotten some bad QC press in the past.

I bought some Geovids from a member here. They were not working properly, which wasn't disclosed and I think is why they sold them cheap. I sent them in and they turned them around in less than a month and only charged me for shipping. I was quite happy.

As of late Leica seems to be excellent when it comes to CS.

I just mailed something to them. I put in a CS inquiry and had a response same day. Will see how it goes and will update but I’m optimistic.
