Leica Magnus rifle scope?

I'm considering a Leica Magnus rifle scope. 1.7-10x42. Has an external elevation turret with plex reticle. I don't see many reviews or discussions about this scope. Those in the know. What are your thoughts concerning the most often asked questions such as , glass, durability, tracking, etc. Thanks
