Have any of you dealt with Legacy Sports customer service for warranty issues with Howa rifles? I'm curious how that went. I called them the other day with a few questions about the specs of a rifle I was going to buy, and the guy I talked to was pretty rude. Immediately hostile when he picked up the phone. It was honestly one of the weirder customer service experiences I've had.

I really like Howa rifles and will continue buying them, but now I'm dreading ever having to make use of their warranty.
 
Bought a 6mm ARC mini for my daughter a few years back and had dealings with CS because the factory stockys carbon fiber stock was in my mind unacceptable for the rifle price (chips in carbon fiber, runs in finish, missing sling studs). They were good to deal with, although it took 3-4 stocks sent to me before I got one that didn't have defects and had both sling studs. The rear stud actually recently just fell out so have to figure out how Im going to remedy that...
 
I emailed and spoke with them earlier this year looking for height over bore on their Superlite actions. Guy was helpful, took some measurements, and emailed them back to me the next morning.
