Looking at doing the M32 as well, M30 is finished up, ended up at 11.7g each. Lined it up to cover the end of the bushing so it doesn’t get scratched up when the twist locks aren’t used:

Got the M32 ones too, worked out really well.

Final weights: 10.4g for the M30, 13.2 for the M32

85A TPU worked out much better than 95A. Got some fit up for RRS tripods as well in addition to the M30 and M32

The material is TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) and I’m using 85A for flexibility. It’s not rubber, but it has a lot of rubber-like characteristics like grip and flexibility and it holds up great to temperature. You can really tune the flexibility and squish by how you design and/or print it as well. I use the same material for the recoil pad I designed for my Peak 44 Bastion:

V2 came in today. The 85a feels more grippy. Super pleased with how these turned out
