Lefty Tikka stock options for kids?

Thinking about picking up a lefty Tikka action for a future rifle build for my son. He's pretty small, so I'm wondering what factory lefty stock options are out there? Is there sure thing as a lefty compact, or youth stock?

An original t3/t3x stock can be cut down to 12-12.5 LOP no problem. I don't there is a from the factory lefty compact option.
